Name, contact details (email, phone, postal/delivery address), order and purchase history, repair/service details, payment information (processed by our payment provider), and website usage data such as IP address and pages visited.

Directly from you when you place an order, book a repair, create an account, contact us or subscribe; and automatically through cookies and analytics when you use our site.
3. Why we collect and use it
To process orders and payments, arrange delivery, carry out repairs and warranty work, provide customer support, manage your account, send you updates or marketing (where you have opted in), improve our website, and meet our legal obligations.
4. Disclosure
We may share your information with service providers who help us operate, including our payment gateway, delivery couriers, IT and website hosts, and product manufacturers for warranty claims. We do not sell your personal information.
