These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website www.brisbanepoolrobotics.com.au and any purchase of products or services from Brisbane Pool Robotics (ABN 72 909 202 58) trading as Brisbane Pool Robotics ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About us

2. Use of the website
You must not use the site unlawfully or in a way that damages it or interferes with others' use. Content on the site is owned by us or our licensors.
3. Products and pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. We try to keep pricing and product information accurate but may correct errors and change prices at any time before we accept your order.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you confirmation that your order has been accepted and dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred) and will refund any payment made.
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship within Australia. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund; for failures that are not major, you are entitled to have the problem rectified in a reasonable time this is also up to the manufacturers parts availability and discretion and, if this is not done, to a refund. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
8. Returns and refunds

9. Warranties
Products are covered by the relevant manufacturer's warranty (including Dolphin, Hayward, Astral and other brands we supply). As authorised repairers, we carry out warranty and out-of-warranty repairs in accordance with the manufacturer's terms.
10. Repair and service work
Quotes for repairs are estimates and may change if additional faults are found; we will contact you before proceeding with extra work. Goods left for repair must be collected within 14 days of notification. Failure to collect unit will impose storage fees and after 30 days units uncollected and with no communication/response from customer will be scrapped.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to resupplying the goods or services or paying the cost of doing so.
12. Intellectual property
All trade marks, logos, text and images on this site are our property or used under licence and may not be used without our permission.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that State.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is the one published on this page.
